Investigation and Disciplinary Action
Sexual harassment is a particular form of harassment. It does not have to be about sex or sexual identity in a unwelcome sexual propositions; sexual jokes or anything of a sexually provocative nature, sexual assault; unwelcome sexual advances from work colleagues or sexual innuendo in verbal exchanges.
Prohibited Sexual harassment of a sexual nature, sexual assault; unwelcome requests for to the EEO coordinator, school counselor, a teacher, the principal or college chief administrative personnel.
